when removing the rear subframe (archive)

is it easier to unbolt the trailing arms to get just the rear subframe out? i don't feel like removing the the trailing arms, rear brakes, axles, springs shocks, just to get to the subframe. But if i have to i will.

also how much are new trailing arm bushings? if i'm unbolting them anyways, i might as well replace the bushings while i'm at it.
