You'll need a 22mm socket and 3" extension, preferrably 1/2" drive. Unlock the steering wheel by placing the key in position 1. Untorque the steering wheel nut. Do not use the steering lock stop to hold the wheel while untorquing, you may break it. Get a helper to hold the wheel if the nut is torqued on tight.

Center the wheel as best as you can. Then remove the nut fully and remove the wheel. The wheel will not come off with the steering lock engaged.

Make sure the turn signal is not engaged!! If it is, you may break the plastic cancelling lever off. Align the new wheel, slip on, torque nut. I torque to 50lb-ft or so, spec says 80+, but that's ridiculous. It makes it that much harder to remove the next time.
