resistance of the connection (the plug on the fuel rail, for the ICV), and my numbers were 19.4 and 20.9 ohms, which looks fine based on what you've said. The throttle cable and its housing look fine as well. I did notice that one of the 3 posts (one of the outside posts) on the connection was pretty oxidized....I had to fiddle with the multimeter probe to get a good reading. I will clean this up with some contact cleaner tomorrow. Do you think this could be the problem? What exactly does this connector do? Does it send a signal to the ICV telling it whether the throttle is open or closed? Anymore thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!
