I helped a friend install a complete new interior in pearl beige last summer. When we finished he put in the new floor mats. He told me that he had picked them up at our local BMW dealership. They did not say 'M3' but did say 'BMW' . The strange thing was that they had the round plastic pieces and screw hooks to secure them to the carpet like the new model floor mats do. They also did not have the piece that covers the dead pedal area like some original BMW mats I've had (hate that piece). They looked great and fit perfectly. So I'd say YES to answer your question..
