1. Remove the air plenum from the throttle bodies, there are 6 ? or so 8mm dome nuts, the 4 gaskets fit in a grove on the throttle bodies, the air plenum has a gasket between the air horns and the actual plenum casing. You will also need to remove the throttle/cruise cables from the top of the plenum and one nut on the back holding a hose clamp. I would buy some paint remover (like aircraft paint remover from Pep boys or something similar from Home Depot) and do it yourself.

2. Remove the plastic cap from the front of the antenae base, there is a 6mm ? nut under it. You are not removing the metal mast piece, but the semi circular base piece.
