The point was bad customer service, not who it happened to. that should not matter. DO you feel better now that you unlocked this great mystery of who the angry customer was?

Well This is the last time I will ever order from BMP. Its really too bad they can't get their act together because they do have some cool parts. Anyhow I have been burned by over charges for mis quoted prices on the phone, failure to ship on time and overall lack of customer service for the last time. It should not take a week to fill an order when all parts are admittedly in stock and have been the whole time. They guy actually said "I don't know what happened all teh stuff has been here." Anyone ever tried to return something to them. Forget about it. My advice: order from Turner or Bimmerworld.
