Well This is the last time I will ever order from BMP. Its really too bad they can't get their act together because they do have some cool parts. Anyhow I have been burned by over charges for mis quoted prices on the phone, failure to ship on time and overall lack of customer service for the last time. It should not take a week to fill an order when all parts are admittedly in stock and have been the whole time. They guy actually said "I don't know what happened all teh stuff has been here." Anyone ever tried to return something to them. Forget about it. My advice: order from Turner or Bimmerworld.

a rotten one. it is unfortunate that you
happened to deal with one. I have deal with
BMP since 1984, not on a daily basis, but
I could not think of a time were i have problem
or issue with their service. you can't loose
anything by talking to Anthony he is after all the General manager of BMP I'm sure part of his job is to get rid of the rotten apple.
