...I'm gonna say....lol)
In the 'Real World' the 325i is a better car than the M3 (I'm used to Euro spec cars so I don't know what the performance differences are compared with U.S cars?).
The 325i has more 'low-end' torque than the M3....it's easier to drive fast, discretely on a public road...It has less grip so more 'fun' at lower speed ( my M3 is virtually impossible to 'unstick' safely on a public road).
The 325i you're looking at is cheaper to buy and should be cheaper to maintain than an M3.
Actually......what the hell am I doing with an M3?....well I guess we all ask ourselves sometimes? I guess we own then...just to own them?...lol
But you know what I mean, Guys?
Wait until you see what I've just bought this week before you start the 'flames' Guys....lmao (pics soon.....you'll love it ....I promise! :o))
I need some last thoughts from those of you familiar to the 1990 E30 BMWs. This afternoon I drove an immaculate 1990 325i that only had 53,000 on it!!! Some grandmother traded it in over the weekend and I was given the first opportunity to drive it. The car was fantastic with loads of power and a perfect leather interior. They are asking $7950 for it and are going to throw a timing belt chained in free of charge. Just wanted some words of encouragement and/or advice about buying this automobile. My gut is telling me to buy it, but my conscience is slowing me down. I just don't want to buy a car that is going to spend me out of house and home. I have to call the guy back by 9:00pm central time.
Thanks for time,
