a good place to start would be the fuel filter, which is on the left side of the car (underneath) behind the door. Lots of areas for potential leakage there. Then trace all of the lines, and you should find something. Silly question, but is the gas cap on and fully sealing?
Latley when I am driving my ///M3, i smell gas. i open the hood, but no smell in the engine. is there a way to check to see where/if I am leaking gas. ( I do not want to try it find ist with a lighter) :-)
