help:

i'm looking for some wheels for my m3, i am thinking 17 inch maybe 18's 7.5 - 8.5 wide at front 8.5 - 9.5 wide rear, something with a deepish dish, any ideas what wheels to go for? what are you guys using.

do later 3 series wheels or m5 wheels fit? what spacers may i need. i have the original wheel specs offsets etc.

i realise that this may have been covered plenty of times before, i am having triouble finding good info in the archives.
