Try using some compressed air at the connections of the starter to blow out the moisture.

It may be a time consuming process, but you may want to hit all electrical components w/ air to be sure that other problems of corrosion do not creep up later. Make sure the air is dry or drain the water seperator on the compressor first.

What! No compressor!? Get that stuff used on computers in the can. OK it ain't the cheapest way to go, but it may slove your problem now.
