...under there that`s jamming the catch. I know that CCA club member Mike Taylor (German Motor Works) knows how to release the hood by sticking a long screwdriver through the driver`s side grill. If you`re coming to the club meeting tomorrow, one of the E30 experts will pop it open for you.

Today I went to open my hood and as I tried to open it, the latch broke. I got a pair of pliers and tried to pull the cable that releases it, but it does not pull AT ALL. Apparently when I got my alignment a couple days ago they did something when they closed the hood. How can I open the hood without the latch? Any advise will really help!!

Michael
