1st is down to the left. 2nd is about 30 degrees to the right. Once you get proficient you can change pretty quickly as you develop a technique to push the gear lever across at an angle. After that it's plain sailing. Easily the nicest gearbox I have ever used apart from my Quaife straight cut four speed, in my race car.

Hope this isn't too stupid of a question...
Also, what are the ratio of these transmissions?


If I remember correctly, First gear is to the left and down and reverse is above that. Or was it on the right side? don't remember.
