I used all those parts, but I did not use the paper gaskets. My mechanic at the time told me the paper gaskets gathered moisture and helped to rot out the upper shock mounts. So instead a putty was recommended to me. I used it and that's all I've got.

That was a good tip I thought, think about it

Chip's design is posted below "Made my own rear shock mount yesterday". Just have to replace the inserts if they wear out.Awesome work by Chip.
