You can find the engine weights in KG on the parts cd. Here's some info I have gathered:

M20 117kg - 257.99lbs
M20 115.0kg - 253.58lbs
M30 143kg - 315.32lbs
M50 136kg - 299.88lbs
M50 132.0kg - 291.06lbs
M52 118kg - 260.19lbs (aluminum block)
M52 120.5kg - 265.70lbs (aluminum block)
M52 140kg - 308.70lbs (iron block)
S14 106kg - 233.73lbs
S14 110.0kg - 242.55lbs
S38 146kg - 321.93lbs (early)
S38 149,0 M5 E28 - 328.55lbs
S38 151kg - 332.96lbs (late)
S50 152kg - 335.16lbs
S50 155,4 M3 E36 - 342.66lbs
