well it must be the coolant are you using preston? I'm using the one that toyota uses i'ts
red in color and it is phospate free. about $13

what did you do with the sender on thermostat
Housing? did you just plug the hole? and what
temperature sensor did you use?part # if you
have it. at what temp does the fan kick in? And
if not asking to much can you give me a wiring

The fan is held in place by aluminum pins passing through the vanes of the radiator and held tightly in place by nuts on the front side.

Funny, I replaced the tank last July. It was "whiter", but has yellowed just as much I guess....
