If you are asking about buying that one on Ebay for an M3, forget it...

1. It will be very hard to fit...the pipes are too short and the tips are angled for a 325 vs. straight for an M3. Also, I don't even know the inlet pipe diameter. It might be too small.

2. That is not a stainless steel unit as you can tell from the black paint. I wouldn't buy a used non-stainless muffler. It has already be "touched up" and there is no mention of age even. This drawback also applies to interested 325 owners.
