Could be a seized brake caliper piston!
Brake should be much hotter than the opposite side.
Check that to be sure.
Check the current draw at the battery to veryfy it as an electrical problem.

Need some help. Yesterday I saw white smoke coming out of driver side wheel arch. I disconnected battery because I could smell smoldering plastic. After connecting battery again, smoke came out agin only for seconds. Pulled everything to pices and can not find evidence of melted wires anywhere. Also everything seems to function.
Anybody seen something like that? Any advice where to look?
