The Bentley 3 series is available all over. A lot of the BMW parts mail order places carry it. It does not cover the m3, especially not the motor, but is very useful for non-motor info.
The factory shop manual is NLA. I bought mine from the dealer 4 years ago. I have seen them once in a while on Ebay. I don't know what happened to the rumor of it coming out on CD this year. A year ago I searched the web and found a place on the east coast that carried out of print shop manuals. Sorry I don't remember the name. I think they even had e28 m5/e24 m6 manuals. Prices were high though.
I think the m3 ETM manual (year specific) is still available from the dealer but I could be wrong. Extremely useful for electrical problems.

I bought one when they first came out. I expected a lot more from it. As I recall it does have the factory recall info which is valuable. I have the Bentley 3 series manual, the factory shop manual (and torque specs), and the Electronic Troubleshooting Manual so the Koala CD just gathers dust.

Any one have this?

Just wanna know - if i should purchse it or not
