Sorry, I forgot to mention that I have the BMP one. It is a little extension, and you take out the two screws in the existing baffle, and attach the new one using these same screw holes.

Are there any performance differences between all of the different kinds? Sorry for telling the wrong info, I thought they were all like this.

I have the XP engineering ones and I removed the factory one, and installed the new one...the only piece used from the factory one is the rubber flap, it was installed onto the new baffle.
