mine uses a touch on trackdays and when i drive it realy hard which is obviously most of the time. I'd say i put about a 1/4 of a litre or so in it a month. I assume this is ok, i use a good quality 10-40 semi synth and change it really regular before and after trackdays for example.

How much should my engine use ? It's done 100k and is used every day for work and some track days.
