I typically use about a 1/4 quart after 150 track miles in my 2.5 w/ 15K on it.

Street only I go about a 1/4-1/2 quart over 5,000 running AMSOIL SERIES 2000 20W50.

I assume you have no significant leaks etc. on your engine.
