A friend of mine had his ///M totaled and the insurance co only gave him KBB value which is way off of replacement/market value. He had a lawyer and fought as long as possible, still got f'ed. He sold me the totaled car from the ins co for $1200 and I made about 8K of of it. I guess if I cannot get the replacement thing worked out I'll just plan to buy the car back from the ins co cheap and part it out.
