You mean right front fender correct? :) Well, estimates are hard to give w/out looking at the car, in person (seeing pics helps somewhat).
It sounds as if you might be better off going through the insurance. Here are a few prices (does not include labor, paint, meachanical time):
Front fender $341.00
Quarter Panel Shell $857.50
Door Shell $496.00
Granted, some of the parts maybe repairable, but might be more cost efficient to replace as the damage may be too great. Used parts are available but far & few between. Remember, a lot of these cars were (are) declared total losses to the Ins. Co's due to the parts prices- A front bumper alone for the E30 M3 is $865!
Hate to say it, but I'd give the Ins. Co. a call. This way a decent estimate will be written & any hidden damaged could be found once the car is taken a part to be fixed.
