Its possible to find one for under $10K but it will need some work. But I wouldn't pay $12-14K for one that still needed some work or had more than 120K miles on it. The only ones worth $15K+ are the mint ones that need nothing and have < 70K miles.
I looked for about 4 months before I found one that I thought was reasonably priced. I got it for $10.2K.
