Graham:

Did they make them in 1992? I thought 1991 was the last model year.

I find the E30 non-M3 convertible chassis flex VERY disappointing in comparison to my 325 iS 88. I own both. Try a test drive before you commit. I suppose the Lancia is pretty stiff.

Servicing on the M3 is pretty high when compared to the E30 non-M, but not that bad if you do your own work. When you have to replace non-service parts, prices climb. Struts, fenders, wheels, etc.

Looking for any advice on buying/running an E30 M3 covertible as I really doo noy know much about them other than I want to buy one once my Lancia Integrale (EVO1) is sold.

It's got to be cheaper than running the Lancia!

All I know is that I want to buy a 1992/1993 car.

I'd be really interested if somebody could give me a rough idea cost wise for servicing.

Regards,

GRaham Kean
