Green w/black is the common
Black = low speed
Black w/brown = high speed

connect the black wire with the green w/ black with the key in aux position and that should start the low speed.

also make sure your low speed works by turning the key in aux position and start the a/c the low speed should start.

you can also test the termo switch by removing it(coolant will spill out though) and heating it up with a lighter, the low fan should come on at 91 degrees celcius.

I just went thru all of this and replaced my switch. I tested it with the new one before replacing the old one.
