My mechanic has offered me an e30 m3 at $10,000. Its in grat shape. new wheels and suspension, great interior but thats where it gets tricky. Its an 89 evo2. The engine was blown and therefore removed 2 months ago. My mechanic drives a 91 evo1 and is putting the NEW evo2 motor in his car. he is going to put the 91 s14 engine in at 89000 miles. I defanately trust my mechanic. whe have all faith in his skill and doctoring of this car. the evo2 has 108k on it and looks stellar. im having the engine rebuilt for free by my mechanic. Do you guys think this is a wise purchase for a daily driver?
