It`s rectangular, black, about 2 inches long. The electrical connector has three wires which branch off the harness going to the AFM.
At sea level, there should be no effect from disconnecting it. At high elevations, disconnecting it will reduce mileage some. If the sensor fails while it is connected, the mixture can get very lean, which can damage the engine.

where is this sensor located-i read a post a little ways down and was curiuos-what effect does this have on performance once disabled-good or bad? tia,rob
