Wheels and tires fitment..please help!!!! (archive)

I am inprocess of ordering a set of wheels and tires. I want to makesure the new wheels and tires fits right. I would like to order 17 x 8.5 all around with 225/45/R17 in the front and 235/45R17 in the rear. My question is will this set up work for my E30 M3? What offset do I needs? (ET35, ET 19) Do I need any spacer to make it fit right? I currently have Bilstein sport and H&R sport springs. Thanks inadvance for you help.
