Heater not working (archive)

I know I should check the archives first but I figured you guys would be of more help. Two months ago I replaced the blower motor with a used one off Ebay and it seemed to do the trick. A few weeks later, the heater went out again. I cannot get it to do anything using the dash controls. I took apart everything today and checked the blower switch and motor itself using an extra 12 V battery, both checked fine. Plus, I cannot get the AC/Flaps switch to turn on, i.e. the blue and orange lights don't turn on. When I replaced the blower motor, I did not change the blower motor resistor. Basically, anyone know whats going on here? Could it be a wiring problem or the resistor? TIA
