Our cars have three horns.

1> Hi Tone
2> Lo Tone
3> OBC Horn

The OBC horn is on the driver side on my US Spec car, behind the bumper. You may want to take a look at it and see if its working.

The normal "wheel" horns have a "trumpet" design, where as the OBC is a Hella style round horn.

I learned this when I upgraded my horns to Hella SuperTones.
