Spring rates - Ground control setup (archive)

I'll be getting a GC suspension soon and I know nothing about spring rates. The car is 98% street so I want relatively mild springs for normal duty with the option to swap out more aggressive springs for auto-x (a few times a year), and track schools (maybe once a year). Can someone post spring rate guidelines for street, auto-x and track school applications? A stiffness comparison of each to stock would also help greatly.

Vielen Dank!
