I'd tell you not to bet any $$$ that they WON'T come back! Because even though you sanded them away (to the nekkid eye) they WILL re-appear! I did this very same thing, even sanding it 3 times and re-priming each time w/ PPG NCP-250 primer.

Once the wing gets into the sun, you will get soak marks where the orignal cracks were.

Ain't much to do! The material the rear wing is made of is very prone to do this....
