i have an 88 m3,,,my revcounter jumps up in 1000rpm rpm increments too 4k rpm,this problem seems intermitent...any ideas of what the problem is located too would be appreciated,,,thanks


I have a similiar problem, my tach keeps getting stuck, it never goes below 2k rpm's. Then when i start to rev it up, the needle moves all herky jerky, you think i need to replace the tach, if so, how much do they cost and where can i find one, thanks.
