Can someont tell me what these #s mean? (archive)

They refer to Ground Control springs and are printed on the box the springs came in. I was able to find a reference for the rear numbers ( 400 225 500 = 4.0" length, 2.25" inside diameter and 500 lbs actual spring rate) but I have no idea what these front numbers mean:
