I used to have the cam gear....and i got rid of it...when you fully tune your'll have gobs of torque...and if you get rid of the cam gear...oh you will definitely enjoy the extra rpm.
on my dyno charts with cam gear, you can literally see the power drop from 6800 and there is no sense shifting above that.
without the cam gear, power begins to drop off around 7300rpm
