Friday, July 19, ‘Happy Hour’ Drive at Motorsport Ranch. Cost is $40 and the session runs from 5-6PM. This is being provided by MSR and you will pay them that day when you get there. This is a great way to familiarize yourself, car and setup to the track. All rookie and first time provisional drivers will be required to be at a meeting Friday night at the track, 7PM. Dinner will be included and the racing stewards will be there to go over procedures etc. This meeting is MANDATORY for rookies and 1st time provisionals
Sat/Sun (20/21) will be a BMW CCA Club Race & DE, with race run groups. Saturday's format will be 2-30 minute practice sessions, then the mandatory rookie practice start immediately followed by qualifying, and finally a 30-minute sprint race. Sunday's event is a practice session, a qualifying session, and then a one-hour enduro.
Racer registration for Sat/Sun race is $275. Includes a T-shirt and dinner at the track Saturday (for the registrant). "Long Tow" $ giveaways, and the standard BMW CCA CR giveaways as always. Please fill out the included Race Application. Upon receipt, you will be notified by mail or email. Each registrant must have an AMB transponder for timing/scoring. Please contact us if you require a rental unit.

Hotels & Camping/RVs:
Camping and RVs are allowed at the track with arrival early Friday morning staying to Sunday afternoon. RVs & rigs should be parked in the 'skid pad' area near the grid. Please be aware that the instructors for the Driver's Education will also be sharing this area. There are no electric hookups. Restroom & shower facilities only open during track hours (8am ‘til dusk).
The 'official' hotel is the Motel 6 in Benbrook, Texas (about 15 minutes from the track). I have blocked a group of rooms (ask for BMW club) for 7/19 to 7/20 at the:

Rookie Orientation Meeting Information:
ALL rookie and first time provisional drivers are required to attend the Rookie Orientation Meeting at 7:00pm on Friday, July 13 at the track. This meeting is MANDATORY for rookies and 1st time provisionals. All drivers are invited.
