funny you ask. i just did mine last week. i did it from underneath the car which i do not recomend and will never do again. i figured it was easy enough since i had the trailing arms off to do those bushings also, but i was terribly wrong.

anyway to answer your question, i would say drain the fluid out take the cover off and take it somewhere to have pressed out and the new pressed in. email me if you want to know anything else, i got a pretty easy way to do the trailing arm bushings if you want to know.
