I never actually tried brake cleaner but it was what everyone had recently brought up.

Since Roadfly is a "Present" board you won't be able to search for the past threads. They never show-up.

I used everything else. Acetone, Kerosene, mineral spirits, paint laquer, etc. Hot water and castrol super-clean may work. All I can remember is that it took me around 60 hours testing products and scrubbing.
