reccommend, and if it does require other parts to replace. I don't want to go up to the point in which it is required to replace pistons, rings, neither any motor repair/or mechanic shop work.

I assume it's a stock 2.3? Do you track it? Do you want torque up high still or down lower for street?

I'd put the E2 intake cam in, and add the exhaust cam gear if you want to move the torque curve down some. You could put the E2 exhaust cam in, but I think the S14 likes assymetrical cams. The E3 cams are border line for stock pistons due to the greater degree of lift.
