Well first of all, I don't believe in modding a car's suspension until you have fully understood the dynamics of the stock suspension as well as improved your driving skill. It's like athletes who look for shortcuts in the way of steriods or something; they are trying to make up for what they don't possess in terms of skill and willpower by using substances which alter their physical abilities. IF you modify the stock suspension, you won't understand how the car slides in corners, what the car's balance is like or whatever. Anyone can go faster just by putting in a stiffer suspension, but it takes driver skill to really take full advantage of such things and to see what best suits you. Also, for SCCA autocross, the more mods you have, the harder it will be for you to place because you will be in a higher class. If I were you, I would run whatever setup you currently have and just see if they will allow you to have minor things that adjust camber, castor, and toe. And then mess around with tire pressure. A tip about castor, it doesn't matter as much as the rest because once you start cornering it changes. So I would not mess with what the stock castor is. On camber, see how your tires wear currently, you'll know when you want some negative camber. Oh, and don't get your alignment done at some place like wheel works, they usually get things close to how they are supposed to be but not exact. I think they key to a good run is trying to be smooth.
