On the M3 Repair CD they refer to "Torque Angle" in conjunction to the stated torque value. Can someone explain what this is?

When they refer to torque angle, they are refering to a degree indicator, not any angle torque device. A angle torquemeter is dial gauge that can be attach to any ratchet or a braker bar, and you reading will be in degrees rather then Foot/pound or inch/pound
