What's the trick with installing the tranny? during the removal, I removed the bell housing and gear box as one unit (no problem). During the install I was advised it will be easier to install the tranny in two parts, bell housing first and then gear box. Installing the bell housing with fork and T/O bearing was no problem, getting the gearbox jacked up on my 2 ton jack is more of a challenge. Do I need a special transmission jack? or am I doing something wrong? please help.
