All three wires were broken going to thermo. Have an idea how to fix, but don't know the combination the wires go on. Green is the one by its self but the other two not completely sure. What do the three wires do other than the aux. fan. Is it the speed of the fan or direction of fan. Any help would be great. TIA John(1)Green/Brn (12V)

Use a sharp razor blade to cut back 1/4 inch of the insulation on each wire stub. Tin with solder and solder a piece of wire to the exposed stub.Use your long nose pliers to comb the exposed copper (make them shiny copper)to get some of the oxidization before tinning with solder. Use shrink sleeve to cover solder joint.
