Just went through this on my SRD's I installed. When using the SRD seat mounting bracket, bolting on the new seat- it does accept the OEM seatbelt receivers- Just install them when you put the bolts through to tighten the rear of te seat down.

I too, need to keep my backseat useful! Have to be able to get the baby out of the car seat! (Well, in a another month & a half :>)

You won't have any problems with seatbelts-
