I bought mine mainly because I needed more lumbar support. I went into the upholstery shop looking to have my seats "freshened up" but was caught in the dazzle of the SRD display and the owner made me a decent deal, so I figured what the heck. I don't regret it for a second.

I guess the main allure of the SRD is the fact that it a very sporty seat, but still adjustable and compliant enough for a daily driver. They also look better than the other options I have seen from Sparco, for example.
