A good price for the seats themselves with brackets (make sure you get the shorter ones) is just around $500 each. If you get them for less than $500 each it's a very good deal. Leather usually runs another $1000 - $1200 standard and up for extra logo stitching, 2-tone , etc.
If you go to a good shop, you can haggle, say to include the following: removal of the old seats, installation of the new ones, lumbar support for both seats (Recaro factory option) and clean up and pack up your old seats for shipping :^)
If you are selling the old seats and you plan to ship via UPS or FedEx, try to pack each seat individually or you will hit the size/weight limits. Each seat weighs just about 40 pounds.
