..you gotta break it to get it out. Just like you have to break the TB adjustment caps to get them off. You can use a screwdriver driven through it or to bend it. The adjustment is via allen wrench way down the hole so don't worry about hurting anything. New caps are available. Before I ditched my AFM, I left mine off for easy tweaking.
