ok, so the car starts fine. It won't start like once every 2 weeks and i'll just restart it and it'll work. The problem is...i have to crank it for a good 3-5 seconds...especially if it is cold. What could this be. Could it be the starter? The battery, alternator, plugs, wires, cap and rotor and new as well.
